Cho Seung Hui
At his elementary school, Cho performed very well. He completed his three year course just in one and half year. He was good in Mathematics and English. His teachers gave his examples to other students of his class. Everyone knew him as a boy of true knowlwdge. Cho completed his High School from Westfield High School in Chantilly. He was teased by his classmates for being shy and different way of speech. He hardly talked in his classes and maintain a gap. His teachers forced him to talk and when he talked, everyone in the class started to laugh. Some students treated him so badly which can’t be described. They pushed him and passed comment on him to go back to his original place. To got rid of this, his parents took him to the Church. The pastor of Centerville Korean Presbyterian Church told that he was very intelligent and understood the Bible very well. He also told that he asked his mother that he was suffering from a mental disease and suggested her to consult with a doctor but his mother refused to do so. Cho was an undergraduate at Virginia Tech, in English. His poetry teacher Nikki Giovanni told that she also removed him many times from her class because he behaved strangely. She also told that he was removed for about six weeks when he took photographs of female girls and wrote something obscene about them. His department head Lucinda Roy, described him as an intelligent man. She also stated that he was a very lonely and insecure. Sometimes Cho behaved arrogant and very strangely.
